The exchange and return process is as follows:

  • - For exchanges and returns, please contact the customer center in advance or apply online (My Account > Order History > 1:1 Inquiry) and then send it.
    - You must fill out the application form enclosed with the product and send it back with the product when returning it.

  • - Within 7 days from the date you received the product
    - Exchanges/returns are not possible if the packaging is damaged and the product value is lost.

  • - If the product is lost or damaged due to a reason attributable to the customer.
    - If the packaging has been opened or damaged, resulting in the loss of product value
    - If the value of the product has significantly decreased due to the customer's use or partial consumption
    - If the value of the product has significantly decreased over time, making resale difficult
    - If the product is returned with missing components or free gifts received with the product missing

    ※ In case of exchange or return due to simple change of mind, the customer must pay the return shipping cost. We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery. (Including color exchange, product specification exchange, etc.)

    - In case of defective or incorrectly delivered products, please contact the customer center and we will exchange them for the same product free of charge after confirmation.

  • - In case of a refund, the payment amount will be refunded within 3 business days after confirming the return. (Excluding Saturdays and public holidays)
    - If you paid by credit card, the credit card authorization will be canceled so that the payment amount will not be charged.
    (However, if the payment can be charged on the credit card payment date, the credit card company will process the refund when the credit card payment is charged in the following month.)

  • 1. Period of Use - Points earned from orders will be converted to actual usable points 20 days after the delivery completion check. They will be classified as unavailable points for 20 days.
    - Unavailable points are points for orders that have not actually been purchased, in preparation for returns, cancellations, etc.
    - Available points (total points - used points - unavailable points) can be used immediately when purchasing a product.

    2. Terms of Use - When using accumulated points, the minimum purchasable accumulated points (
    the required amount of accumulated points that can be used at one time) is 0 won. - When using accumulated points, the maximum purchasable accumulated points (the maximum amount of accumulated points that can be used at one time) is 50%.

    3. Expiration Conditions - When an order is cancelled/refunded, the accumulated points from the purchase of the product are also cancelled.
    - When a member withdraws, the accumulated points are automatically cancelled.
    - The accumulated points are also cancelled if no additional points are accumulated for 3 years from the date of the last accrual of points.
