AS repair guide

· Lamy writing instruments are warranted for 2 years from the date of purchase.
· During the warranty period, you can receive free repair or exchange for products or parts that are found to have manufacturing defects under normal use and management conditions.
※ However, warranty service is not available for cases of lost parts, natural wear and tear, failures and damages caused by the user's negligence, or repairs that occur after the warranty period has expired.

· AS service is only available for products officially distributed domestically through DKSH Korea Co., Ltd.
*Products that are not supplied/distributed domestically through DKSH Korea Co., Ltd. or for which it is impossible to determine whether they are supplied/distributed domestically - parallel imports, overseas direct purchases, duty-free shops, etc. - are excluded from warranty and service.

  • - Store visit application: Visit the store where you made the purchase and explain the symptoms and apply.

    - Send directly to the AS center: Send by courier after enclosing the purchase receipt or the product case for AS.
    * If you send only the product by courier, it will be difficult to process AS.

2. When sending by courier after receiving AS

When sending a product for repair via courier, please include the following information in a note and send it with the product.
※ If any of the information is missing, the AS may be delayed or the product may not be shipped.

  • - Enclosed memo contents: Date, name, contact information, product name, reason and request for AS, address to receive after AS is completed
    - Where to send the product: DKSH South East Asia Pte Ltd 625 Toa Payoh Lorong 4 #02-00, Singapore 319519 (Tel. 65 6643 6872)

Customer Service Center Operating Hours: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Lunchtime 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM / Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays)

※ The customer is responsible for the delivery fee upon receipt, and after repairs are completed, the product will be shipped via prepaid delivery service at our expense. (Excluding cases of manufacturing defects) / Delivery fees may be charged when shipped cash on delivery.

3. Repair procedure after AS reception

When sending a product for repair via courier, please include the following information in a note and send it with the product.
※ If any of the information is missing, the AS may be delayed or the product may not be shipped.

  • - After receiving the product, we will check the repair details and product condition before starting the repair.
    · If it is a paid service, we will provide a quote before starting the repair and if you approve, the repair will proceed.
    · The repair period and cost may vary depending on the symptoms of the product.
    · Scratches or plating are not covered by the AS.
    · If the requested part is out of stock or must be shipped to Germany and AS must be carried out at the Lamy headquarters, it may take an additional 12 to 16 weeks or more.

    - AS delivery fee regulations
    · General repairs within the warranty period: Customer pays for prepaid shipping upon delivery, and after repairs are completed, the company pays for one-way delivery (if purchase details and purchase date are confirmed)

    - AS processing period : Up to 2 weeks from product arrival (the processing period may vary depending on the availability of parts)

  • - Please describe the repair in as much detail as possible.
    - When proceeding with repairs, we will check the product condition and repair details based on the information you have provided, so please describe the problematic symptoms in detail, even though it may be inconvenient.
